Evaluation
I do not know if I would use the book in class because of the way it ended. Especially because I do not know if it would be appropriate. I would probably ask the parents first if it is okay for me to read the book in class because I know some parents can be iffy about the subject. The book cannot be really tied to anything, but it could maybe be used for a read aloud. The drawings in the book look like teyr were done in color pencil, crayons and maybe markers as well. They tie in with the girl and the grandpa are talking about, or what she is imagining, as well as the grandpas thoughts.
